From starting out on the front line working within the property management industry for a decade, then moving into an advisory role for landlords and property managers, company founder Nathaniel Hamilton was continuously faced with the question of ‘who can I trust to make sure I’m complying with the laws?’. This began with successfully establishing services to support landlords and property managers navigating contamination issues in residential rental properties.
But as the Residential Tenancies Amendment Bill progressed, it became clear that the needs of the industry were expanding. Having created a reputation as a service provider with integrity, dedication and understanding, clients continued to seek guidance on what would be coming next. As a result, Healthy Homes New Zealand continued to evolve, into a service to meet every requirement to create a better home to live in, today and into the future.
Today the company is run regionally by local licensees, meaning your local service is run by locals, all supported by the Healthy Homes New Zealand systems and experience.
