In a Healthy Homes Assessment our technicians will visit the property and complete a full external and internal audit of your property. Once complete, you’ll receive a full report documenting any required work to bring your property up to compliance.
Should any work be required to bring the property up to a compliant standard a quote for fixed price work (for example bathroom vent installation) will be supplied.
You can choose to have our trade network team manage the required work on your behalf, or you can implement and arrange it yourself. Once the work is complete, you can either send evidence of this directly to Healthy Homes NZ, or arrange a re-assessment.
Once all work is completed, an updated Healthy Homes Assessment Report and Certificate is automatically produced and will be provided to you directly at no additional cost.
